Ceepower Group has recently received 21 bid awards and provisional awards, covering projects under the State Grid Corporation of China 2025 second round of joint procurement across five regions, as well as projects related to China Railway Group. Together, these awards total RMB 423 million. As of the announcement date, Ceepower’s cumulative awarded value in SGCC-related projects for 2025 has reached RMB 390.96 million. Ceepower has completed the factory assembly and delivery of an integrated primary and secondary equipment prefabricated substation for a 4.68 MW rooftop distributed PV project at Sateri (Changzhou) Fiber Co., Ltd. (Phase II).      The project is EPC-contracted by Ceepower Group, responsible for the design and construction of the photovoltaic system.     Integrated Primary & Secondary System Design Primary–secondary integrated substations require coordinated system design, equipment manufacturing, and integration testing. Based on established capabilities in medium-voltage switchgear and prefabricated electrical modules, Ceepower implemented an integrated configuration covering: Primary equipment Protection and control systems Communication systems Integrated DC power supply Auxiliary and monitoring systems Internal environmental control       All equipment was manufactured, integrated, and system-tested at the factory prior to delivery, enabling complete module delivery and reduced on-site installation work, while supporting system consistency and stable operation.     Robust Enclosure for Project Requirements The prefabricated enclosure adopts a reinforced welded structure, combining a profiled steel frame with high-strength corrugated panels. The structure is designed to meet requirements for lifting, seismic resistance, and wind load, making it suitable for distributed renewable energy applications.       Factory Integration of Core Equipment The project uses Ceepower-manufactured medium-voltage switchgear, with panel coupling, electrical connections, and system commissioning completed inside the module. This approach reduces on-site construction activities and supports efficient project execution. The module is equipped with a slight positive-pressure HVAC system and engineered airflow design, combined with an industrial integrated ceiling, to provide a controlled operating environment and support operation and maintenance requirements.     The delivery marks the completion of an integrated primary–secondary prefabricated substation for application in a distributed photovoltaic project.          

Ceepower’s 36 kV 630 A screened separable connector (CEE KQT-36/630-J) has completed type testing at IPH Berlin (Institut Prüffeld für elektrische Hochleistungstechnik) in accordance with IEC 60502-4:2023 and IEC 61442:2023.   The test program covered AC withstand, partial discharge, lightning impulse, air/water heat-cycle tests, conductor and screen short-circuit withstand, dynamic short-circuit, and mechanical operations. These evaluations examined the product’s performance under various electrical and thermal stress conditions. All test items met the relevant international requirements, providing a sound technical reference for the application of Ceepower’s 36 kV 630 A screened separable connector in medium- and high-voltage distribution systems.

Vom 10. bis 17. August 2025 veranstaltete Ceepower an seinem Produktionsstandort in Fuzhou das Schulungsprogramm zur Eisenbahnstromversorgung für das Guangzhou-Büro der China Railway. Die Schulung kombinierte Präsenzunterricht, Gerätevorführungen und praktische Übungen vor Ort. Zu den behandelten Themen gehörten Blindleistungskompensation und gesteuerte Drosselspulen, Traktionsunterwerke, Ringkabelanlagen, Mittelspannungsschaltanlagen, gasisolierte Schaltschränke, Kabelverteilerkästen und Niederspannungssysteme wie MNS, 8PT und BlokSeT. Darüber hinaus wurden praktische Übungen zu Kabelzubehör und Installationstechniken angeboten. Die Teilnehmer, darunter technische Mitarbeiter des China Railway Guangzhou Bureau, tauschten sich mit den Forschungs- und Entwicklungs-, Produktions- und Serviceteams von Ceepower aus und erlangten so ein tieferes Verständnis für die Geräteanwendungen und Betriebspraktiken in Eisenbahnstromversorgungssystemen. Das Programm bot Möglichkeiten zum technischen Austausch und zur beruflichen Weiterentwicklung und unterstützte den sicheren Betrieb und die zukünftige Weiterentwicklung der Eisenbahnstrominfrastruktur.
