Ceepower has entered into a strategic partnership with PT Sola Karya Bersama (SKB), an Indonesian energy solutions provider, to collaborate on smart grid initiatives in the local market. The agreement was formalized at a ceremony attended by representatives from both companies, including Ms. Cecilia Chen, Board Member, Vice President of Global Business, and President Director of Ceepower Indonesia, as well as SKB founder Mr. Wigianto Budiawan and local business partners.

A Shared Vision for Smarter Energy
The collaboration marks Ceepower’s first official partnership in the Indonesian market. By combining Ceepower’s expertise in smart electrical equipment with SKB’s local market knowledge and distribution network, the two companies aim to accelerate the modernization of Indonesia’s energy infrastructure.
During the event, Ms. Cecilia Chen noted that the partnership reflects a shared long-term vision and marks an important step in Ceepower’s international growth. She emphasized the company’s commitment to combining its two decades of experience in smart electrical systems with SKB’s localized distribution capabilities to jointly explore new opportunities across Indonesia.
SKB founder Mr. Wigianto Budiawan echoed that sentiment, noting the strong alignment between the two companies’ capabilities and long-term goals. He emphasized SKB’s confidence in Ceepower’s integrated approach—combining product innovation, engineering support, and supply chain strength.

A Symbolic Start to Long-Term Cooperation
The partnership was officially launched with a signing ceremony and the unveiling of a commemorative plaque. SKB also issued its first purchase order to Ceepower, marking the start of operational collaboration. The event concluded with a traditional Tumpeng rice-cutting ceremony, a local custom symbolizing unity and shared prosperity. This gesture of cultural exchange reflected the spirit of mutual respect and long-term cooperation. As the partnership moves forward, both companies will continue to combine their strengths to support smart grid development in Indonesia and contribute to the region’s broader energy transition.
